Francis Phan has written, arranged, produced and mixed for numerous national and Boston based acts. His collaborations with Boston UMA nominees past and present alone include Kiki Breevlife, Shea Rose, Ahmir, Ray Greene, Vudoo Soul, AfroDZak, Omega Red, The Foundation Movement, Curtis King, Iyeoka Okoawo, Clinton Sparks and Mighty Mystic. Francis along with Omega Red, are founding members of the music production team The Jugganautz.

A resident of Boston's Roxbury neighborhood, Francis is involved in his community having done production work for Renee's Destiny 2007 "A Moment In Black History" and Project Think Different's LP "Empowerment", featuring the work of many local area artists.

Francis' presence on the international scene recently includes production of Iyeoka Okoawo's poem "For Rwanda" set to music, which is prominently featured on "Rwanda Rising". This 2007 documentary was produced by former UN Ambassador and Civil Rights leader Andrew Young, who gives perspective on Rwanda's amazing transformation from a tumultuous past.

Francis is a faculty adjunct at Eastern Nazarene College teaching music production. For 2007, Francis is working on album projects with Omega Red, Iyeoka Okoawo, Ray Greene, Vudoo Soul and Bryonn Bain who hosts BET-J's leading talk show "My Two Cents".
